These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Ettaatelier, including custom artisanal design and creative concept development. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Ettaatelier offers bespoke design services, including handcrafted product creation, visual identity development, and artistic installations. Each project scope, timeline, and deliverables are defined in a separate agreement or proposal signed by both parties.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the execution of the project. Delays caused by incomplete or late feedback may affect delivery timelines. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for materials or content you provide.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to you. Ettaatelier retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. All preliminary sketches, concepts, and unused drafts remain the property of Ettaatelier.
Ettaatelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice if the other party materially breaches these terms and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days. Upon termination, you must pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. Ettaatelier reserves the right to refuse service to any client at its sole discretion.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
